WHO WINS THE RUNOUT?

Multiple players all-in, one or more boards in play — figure out who takes down each runout, and how the pot actually splits when it's not just one winner. This is the "bomb pot without the panic" drill.

Every runout is worth an equal share of the pot (half each if you run it twice, a third each if you run it thrice). If two or more players tie a runout, they split that runout's share evenly. In Hi-Lo, each runout's share is cut in half between the best high hand and the best qualifying 8-or-better low hand — if nobody has a qualifying low, the high hand scoops the whole runout. Side pots and uneven stack sizes aren't modeled yet — this is about reading cards and scenarios first.
